Delivery
Delivery is free to anywhere in the UK, but for other parts of the world please contact me and I will find out the shipping costs for you.
I ship out all orders within 48 hours after I receive payment, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Packaging
Please be aware that I do use second hand packaging material as I do try to recycle cardboard, bubblewrap etc. to do my bit for the environment. Rest assured, your painting will be lovingly packaged and protected!
Payment
I accept Paypal, which allows the use of credit/debit cards without the need to create an account. PayPal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
If you do not have an existing Paypal account and would like to make a purchase, simply select Paypal as your method of payment and follow the steps.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it for full refund.
* Item must be returned within 7 days
* Refund will be given by the same method that payment was received.
* Return shipping will be paid by the buyer
Items lost or damaged during the return process will not be refunded.
Commission pieces cannot be returned. I will work with you to create exactly the piece you have in mind, and prior to shipping I will send as many photographs as you would like, to ensure that you are satisfied that I have realised your vision. I will only send your piece once I have absolute approval from you because above all, I want you to be happy!
